Along with other "Slick Forks", the Wade Tree has it's Vaquero roots. It can set you a little closer to your horse's back and lower the "pull" from the horn closer to the withers. All riggings are workable in this saddle (Plate, In-skirt or Double Dee). Most prefer the Plate Rigging.
For the "Cadillac" of Wades choose the Warren Wright tree shown below. It has a great seat position in relation to the horn position and height. Also, there is greater freedom for your horse's shoulders. Warren makes all style of trees, so you are not limited to the Wade.
The other tree shown is the Wood Post Wade and is our stock tree and lots of our customers get along with it very well. There is no doubt that the Wade is the most popular saddle we sell and will no doubt continue to be for a long time.
